1. Introduction
BCU Limited acts as an authorized sales agent. By purchasing, you agree BCU Limited is not the carrier. Carriage contract is between you and the transportation provider.

2. Tickets & Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined according to the fare and cancellation policy of San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi. Customers may request a cancellation or refund by contacting support@bculimited.com and providing their booking reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or card issuer.

3. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

4. Limitation of Liability
BCU Limited is not the carrier and is not responsible for ferry delays, schedule changes, cancellations, vessel changes, baggage handling, denied boarding, weather disruptions, immigration requirements, or operational decisions made by San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi.

5. Customer Responsibility
Verify departure times, arrive early, present valid ID & ticket QR code.

BCU Limited collects customer name, email address, phone number, booking reference, route, travel date, passenger details, and payment-related confirmation information needed to process online ticket purchases. Full card details are handled by third-party payment providers and are not stored by BCU Limited. Booking information may be shared with San Pedro Belize Express Water Taxi for ticket validation, boarding, customer support, refunds, and operational purposes. We do not sell personal data. Customers may contact privacy@bculimited.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
